1. General Cancellation Rules
At Campfly, we understand that plans can change. We strive to offer fair and transparent cancellation policies. Please note that because we work with third-party airlines, hotels, and transport services, our cancellation rules reflect their strict policies.
2. Time-Based Cancellation Windows
Standard cancellation fees apply based on how close the cancellation is to your departure date:

| 15 to 29 Days | 75% Refund of total package cost |
| 7 to 14 Days | 50% Refund of total package cost |

*Please note: Certain international packages or peak-season bookings may have stricter timelines. This will be communicated clearly during booking.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following items are generally non-refundable regardless of the cancellation window:
- Flight tickets (subject entirely to the specific airline's policy).
- Visa processing fees and travel insurance premiums.
- Special event tickets or non-refundable hotel deposits explicitly stated at the time of booking.
- No-shows on the day of departure.
4. Changes, Rescheduling, and Exceptions
If you need to postpone your trip instead of cancelling, we will do our best to accommodate date changes. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a date-change fee or fare differences from hotels and airlines. In cases of documented medical emergencies, we will work with our suppliers to minimize your cancellation fees where possible.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or change to your booking, you must submit your request in writing to our support team. Verbal cancellations over the phone must be followed up by an email confirmation.
