These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services offered by Campfly Private Limited ("Campfly", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, You ("Customer", "Traveler", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
- Company: Campfly Private Limited.
- Customer/User: Any individual or entity making a booking or using our services.
- Booking: Any confirmed reservation made with Campfly Private Limited.
- Package: Any travel package, tour, camping trip, hotel booking, transportation, flight, train ticket, activity, or related travel service offered by Campfly.
- Third-Party Service Provider: Airlines, Indian Railways, hotels, transport operators, activity providers, visa agencies, or any other external service provider engaged for delivering a part of the booked services.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Campfly Private Limited.
- The confirmed quotation, itinerary, invoice, and these Terms & Conditions together constitute the complete agreement between the Customer and Campfly Private Limited.
- Campfly Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking before confirmation without assigning any reason.
3. Payment Policy
- Payments must be made according to the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation.
- Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
- Prices are subject to revision in case of changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel tariffs, transportation costs, or supplier charges before final payment.
4. Website Usage Rules
By using the Campfly website or any of our digital platforms, You agree that You will:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from Campfly Private Limited.
- Not misuse the website by introducing viruses, malware, or harmful software.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, database, or booking system.
- Not use automated software, bots, or scraping tools to collect information from the website.
Campfly Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users violating these Terms.
5. Booking & Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate passenger names exactly as mentioned in Government-issued ID or Passport.
- Providing correct mobile number and email address.
- Carrying valid Government-issued identification during travel.
- Obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other travel documents required by the destination.
- Reviewing the quotation, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, hotel details, travel dates, passenger names, and package cost immediately after receiving confirmation.
- Informing Campfly immediately if any correction is required.
- Reporting at airports, railway stations, pickup points, or departure locations within the specified reporting time.
- Following all instructions issued by Campfly representatives, hotels, transport providers, tour leaders, and local authorities.
- Complying with all local laws and regulations during the journey.
Campfly Private Limited shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
6. Cancellation Policy

7. Flight & Train Ticket Refund Policy
If flight or train tickets are included in the package, refunds shall be governed entirely by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline, Indian Railways, or other third-party service providers.
Campfly Private Limited shall refund only the amount actually received from the respective service provider after deduction of cancellation charges, taxes, convenience fees, service charges, and any other applicable deductions.
Refunds will be processed only after Campfly Private Limited receives the refund from the respective third-party provider.
8. Hotels & Accommodation
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability.
- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings shall apply.
- Campfly Private Limited reserves the right to provide similar-category accommodation in case of overbooking or operational reasons.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.
9. Transportation
Transportation services are arranged through independent transport operators.
Campfly Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Itinerary Changes
Campfly Private Limited reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Government regulations
- Safety concerns
- Operational requirements
- Force Majeure events
Alternative arrangements will be made wherever reasonably possible.
11. Unused Services
No refund shall be provided for:
- Missed sightseeing
- Missed transfers
- Missed meals
- Unused hotel nights
- Missed transportation
- Missed activities
- Early departure from the tour
- Any unused service due to the Customer's personal reasons.
12. Price Revision
Any increase in airfare, railway fare, hotel tariffs, taxes, GST, fuel surcharge, or statutory charges after booking shall be payable by the Customer before departure.
13. Force Majeure
Campfly Private Limited shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses arising due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Floods
- Landslides
- Earthquakes
- Heavy rainfall
- Cyclones
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- War
- Airline cancellations
- Railway disruptions
- Strikes
- Road blockages
- Natural disasters
14. Limitation of Liability
Campfly Private Limited acts as a tour operator and coordinator.
Services such as hotels, airlines, railways, transport operators, and activity providers are operated by independent third parties.
Campfly Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Flight or train delays
- Loss of baggage
- Personal injury
- Theft
- Accidents
- Hotel service deficiencies
- Missed connections
- Additional accommodation expenses
- Any indirect or consequential loss.
The maximum liability of Campfly Private Limited shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the respective booking.
15. Customer Conduct
Campfly Private Limited reserves the right to terminate or cancel any booking without refund if the Customer:
- Violates any law.
- Behaves abusively with staff or fellow travelers.
- Damages hotel or transport property.
- Travels under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances causing disturbance.
- Endangers the safety of others.
16. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds shall normally be processed within 7–15 working days after Campfly Private Limited receives the refund from the respective airline, railway, hotel, or other service provider.
17. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, itineraries, website content, brochures, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Campfly Private Limited.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
18. Privacy
Campfly Private Limited collects customer information solely for booking, communication, operational, and legal purposes.
Customer information may be shared with airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies, payment gateways, and government authorities wherever necessary for providing booked services.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Campfly Private Limited has its registered office.
20. Acceptance
By making a booking, paying any amount, or using any service provided by Campfly Private Limited, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation Policy, and the Refund Policy in their entirety.
