Our standard cancellation policy includes a 25% charge if cancelled immediately after booking, 35% for cancellations 45–30 days before departure, 50% for 30–15 days, and 100% for cancellations within 15 days of departure. Once a cancellation is confirmed and approved, eligible refunds are processed within 7–15 working days back to the original method of payment, after Campfly receives the refund from respective third-party providers.
