• Reviewing your itinerary thoroughly upon receipt to confirm all dates, names, and package inclusions are correct.

4. Payment Terms & Package Pricing

All quotes provided by Campfly are subject to availability. Prices are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment has been successfully processed.

• An initial deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your invoice.
• Failure to submit payments on time may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.

5. Changes to Services or Content

While we strive to ensure that all information on our website and in our itineraries is accurate, travel arrangements are inherently subject to change. Campfly reserves the right to substitute hotels, change flight schedules, or modify tour elements when necessary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, operational changes by suppliers).

Campfly acts strictly as an agent for the travel service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or omissions of these third-party suppliers. 7. Governing Rules

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
